I agree with Cranco, sagging doesn't always look good, contrary to what some people on this board seems to think. Especially if the pants are ridiculously low.

I always draw the line between indecent exposure and sagging pretty conservatively, but this definitely falls the wrong side. I can't even find that hot because I simply feel sorry for whoever would be reduced to such depths.
