The role of Moderator is not a status symbol; it is a responsibility given to those who have shown themselves to have a desire to help the site and are willing to do so. Each Moderator should do their best to play the part of a 'model member' and lead by example.
We are currently looking looking to recruit another 1 - 3 moderator's for the site. This is to assist in getting part of the site back up and running and to continue helping the other Moderators and Administrators with managing the Chat, Threads and Gallery. We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in Sagging and are passionate about helping New members.
Basic computer skills are a plus and a friendly personality must! This would be a trial position of 1 or 2 months to see how it fits your personality and also time schedule.
Being a staff member is a rewarding position that has endless positive rewards. But they are all different. The biggest incentive is being a part of a successful community that really gets along well together and has great discussions. Feeling part of the team is a great feeling, and taking on more responsibility as a moderator, it makes it all worth it.
