Wear what you feel comfortable with dude, and the same with how low you should sag. Start with a level YOU feel comfortable with and then you can try sag lower and lower by time. As long as YOU enjoy it and feel comfortable with it, that's the most important thing ;)

If you'd like to start sagging your trousers, you should go lower and lower as time goes by so you can get used to it and see how low is comfortable for you :) The people around you will get used to your sagging as well, if you do it step by step.
And if you're not sure what sort of trousers you want to sag, just try out everything. Also, I'd always recommend you to wear a belt, so you don't feel insecure about losing control of your say :wink:
