For me it really depends. I could do it everynight for some period of time then stay clear of it for a very long period. It's curious actually.

What do you mean "stay clear" ? Like you don't do it for a few weeks ? Don't you feel sexual pressure building up ?
I can't imagine avoiding jacking off more than one week in a row, which would already be quite something for me :S

Yeah, exactly. Hardly ever more than 2 weeks though.

Generally about once a day, but a couple times a week I'll do it more. I thought I would slow down as I got older, but I haven't. I think I do it more now.

The more than one a day people are winning...

Actually the human body can adapt to an increased frequency of sexual activity... say you have a girlfriend and go from jacking off 2 times a week to having sex every day your body will adapt. If you were to stop having sex you would proably still have the physical urge for release every day....

The same can happen alone (if you want to have the urge to do it more):
Just slowly increase how much you do it. Say you jack off every day now, and want to make it 2x a day. Well just start doing it that much if you can, if you cant make it happen 2 times every day do 2 times every other day or whatever until you can 2x a day, eventually you will be used to 2x a day and so will your body. If you want then you could continue to increase it more... the same applies if you only do it say a few times a week and want to go more, just work your way to where you want... One way to help the process along is to stimulate yourself physically whenever possible (if you catch my drift). the constant contact to your d*** and b***s will stimulate hormones and chemicals that will speed the process up.

Say you want to do it less for some reason, this can be achieved as well:
Its basically the reverse of above. If you do it 2x a day and want to get to 1x a day. just limit yourself to 1x a day and cut out as much of the physical stimulation as you can. a few notes about this... there is some aspects you cant control, You may be able to limit it some what, but you cant stop your hormones and other factors. the need for release is a fact of life. also dont go to fast when going slower. if you are 2x a day and want to be at a few times a week dont go straight to 2x a week, start with 1x a day then 4 or 5x a week and so on, you will be more sucessful.
