So apparently english politicians partied hard back in the 80s when they were at Oxford University, surprising as it may be, being the intellectual centre point it has always been. Photographer Defydd Jones took a lot of pictures, some of them really cool. There's a hottie in the first pic and young handsome Hugh Grant in the next two.

The guy in the white hat is Colin "Scummy" Morrison, a freestyle motocross rider. He was a low sagger back in 2006 when this video was shot.
