Ok. My take is... People don't reply because it's not a requirement to reply. People are also busy doing what they do with their lives. It's not something personal but fact.

I understand the frustration because (I've been there & got the damn t-shirt) it's nice to get a response.

As for your "meeting other people" post, consider that since you haven't posted any pictures or content yourself, people are unlikely to want to engage with you. Look into the forum's history and you will see many unanswered posts like yours, and I'm not sure that should be attributed to rudeness. 

 

I don't like to post much either, but I thought I would help you before someone less eloquent stepped in hahaha... not trying to chase you away, but it's clear you're new to online forums, and so I think instead of calling the userbase childish, it would be more mature to adapt your expectations and learn about its users, and then maybe you'll find some hot sagger to share pics with 😉
