Thanks mate. It's a topic close to my heart. Not my own personal experience, but I've been trying for so long raising awareness. It really is OK to seek help. To offload your worries is good. It's great to let that 'burden' disappear. You feel much lighter! Plus, talking to someone helps. It doesn't need to be an extortionate shrink. Friends are there for support & will listen x

Erm, i don't understand why you would take pleasure out of hurting another person. Pain can be felt in numerous ways. Mental health is an important issue that should be addressed more often. Raising awareness & providing the most appropriate support available prevents suicides. I'm a strong believer that more should be done. I'm not going into it (or asking for sympathy) but my brother committed suicide last year because the system failed him. He had many referrals to the hospital, on antidepressants etc etc etc. In the end it killed him.
