Since the Coronavirus shut down the gyms I haven't been able to work out at all and I hate it. I gained like 20 or 30 pounds in 3 months, I feel and look fat and my skinny jeans don't fit anymore 😲😳 

It's literally way too hot outside to do anything even at 11pm at night. With a feels like temperature of 93F, 73% humidity and a UV index of the maximum 12 at night is gross. I like working out in the AC and lift weights but the gyms are closed. I wanna do something productive and i am tired of sitting around playing video games and waiting for this cornovirus bullS*** to end.... 

So my question is to all my bros is what are you doing to stay busy / work out / stay fit and healthy while under this lock down? I need some inspiration. 💙

I've never been sporty or athletic but I'm going on tonnes of bike rides. I've lost a bit of weight as a result, but the noticeable difference is that my legs have gone really thin haha. I'm also doing lots more walking, sometimes I drive out into the countryside to go for a walk as well.
