I couldnt see unfortunately as the top of his boxers were covered by his shirt. 

Spotted a really hot sagger today walking down the street. He was wearing a navy polo shirt, grey baggy joggers and white boxer briefs. He was sagging the joggers about 3/4 down his ass but as he walked they would slide lower and lower til they were below his ass. Every thirty seconds or so he would pull them up but would only pull them up to slightly below ass so they didn't fall completely down, he was defo sagging intentionally. I was walking behind him for about 5 mins watching his sag. Then I followed him into the train station as we were getting the same train. I was right behind him as he walked up a long flight of steps and the movement of going up the steps made the joggers slide down really low below ass and his polo shirt had ridden up so I got a full view of his ass. When he got to the top he pulled them up slightly but they were still low and you could still see his white boxer briefs. It was so hot. 

Great video I found on insta of unintentional sagger. His jeans were loose and his belt wasn't done up tight enough so his jeans imediately started falling and exposing his red boxers ... especially when jumping around. he had to stop jumping to tighten his belt or he would of lost his jeans lol
