I think it started at the age of 13. I loved to walk around naked at night and someday I tried to hump a pillow. Since it felt so nice I continued doing do until the point I shot my load for the first time ever. Gosh it was messy. After that I found out I could do the same with my hands. Think that's how it started, no-one really showed my how to. It's natural!
