Where is a place (in Canada) where you've repeatedly seen other saggers out-and-about?  Be specific, if possible (like a particular mall, specific neighbourhood, etc.)

In Toronto, I've usually seen some near the Yonge & Dundas corner, although still kinda hit-or-miss.

In Vancouver, it's very hit-or-miss, but Granville & Robson and/or Granville & Georgia downtown, or occasionally the mall at Metrotown.

I’m in Vancouver, the only place where I have seen Saggers is Fraser and E 43rd Ave, it is so sad, it was once, one of Them was actually sexy… the way He was saggin’ was so hot !!!

I have also lived in Toronto, Calgary and Montréal, I don’t remember where to see Saggers in Toronto and Calgary except for a Classmate at Centennial College (Scarborough-GTA, ON), He was very sexy and kind of handsome, but He was an idiot, He was Canadian born but with Lebanese background.

Finally, Montréal is… OMG !!! easier !!! There are many places where You can see Saggers, most of all, I remember a couple of guys, both of Them very sexy, (I have pics of Them) I saw Them in Longueuil (GMA, QC) and Brossard area, The first one at Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke subway station, the second one at Panama REM Station.

I must go to the places where You have seen Saggers in Vancouver, it is so difficult to see Them here !!! It is so sad !!!
