the only wayout is:eat less calories than u burn...... so ur body is forced to take it from ur hips... but be aware: belly and hips are the LAST spots where bodyfat will disappear when once settled there.

winter after winter i struggle with the same problem as u...... but as soon as spring comes and i change my habits those 2 kilos melt like the snow..... u can condition ur stomach by eating small meals, even if u get ready dishes, leave something on ur plate..... and take every chance to move ur ass.....stairs, hills.....walk instead of drive.....

and last not least: dont be unhappy with how u look..... make realistic targets. when i lie next to cousin Lukas i try to think, never want to be so skinny myself anymore

its a bit early in germany for decorating the tree, we usually do it the day before christmas, because its a real tree with real candles, and that ought to be fresh....but i can show u how the tree will look like, cause im quite traditional doing it the same, year after year... (besides, this year the candles will be white, i was bit late for the red ones)

i had the same worries like u years ago and now i am glad i came out to my dad in time before rumors or gossip would have hurt his feelings more than my open words to him.

the problem is we want to be like our father, copy the image we have from early childhood, maybe just to please him. but being different in some ways doesnt really mean not have followed our idol.

disappointment i part of our life, yours and his. now it might hurt once but better than living with it for years.

its just important to find the right moment to do it, i told my father just casual under four eyes and ears and left him time to get used to it.

anyway, its up to you and u will do the rite thing.
