    For all those who say that smoking isn't good for our health, believe us , we know that. And for me i say to all of you.

    Quitting isn't that easy as the word is said. I smoke for 8 years now and i already tried to stop like 3 times, the maximum time i quitted was for 3 months , then i just got drunk , went to a party and started again. I know, to bad for me but you really need to have some guts to stop yourself from grabbin' a cigarette.

    I just don't try anymore because i do know i start again, no matter how hard i try

    I have smoked for 3 years now and ive tried to quite 4or 5 times and the max i go with out is about 4 months then i get stressed and start up again. I would like to quite some day but i don't see that happening any time soon.
