You are right. I'm white and it is mostly white people doing the most damage now. There are black people rioting too but when I turn on TV most of the people you see acting like idiot's behind the camera are white. There are certainly black people involed so it is not a 100% white person riot. What I think is that all Americans should be mad about the Police acting this way. The Police take a oath to " Protect and Serve" and they need to do the job they applied for with no preference for race, gender, sexual orientation, wealth and so on. The fact that Police actions caused a person to die is the only part that should matter. What color the Police are and what color the victim are should not play any part. I'm white and I always was taught to respect others and treat them as you want to be treated.

I personally have never treated anyone differently if they were white or black. Do I ever fight or argue with people? Yes, everyone will not agree on everything all the time and that is normal. If I'm arguing with someone it's for a reason but what color the person doesn't mean anything to me.

If you are black, can I ask your opinion? Forget about black and white, the Police were fired and charged with murder but what would the people rioting want to stop this violence? The fact is yes, a guy died and the killers were caught and charged. Now the Justice system will work. What can people do to stop the violence?

What I think is the people rioting are all trouble makers, it doesn't matter if they are white or black. If you are burning buildings and looting you are a criminal and should be treated as such.

Everyone no matter white or black has the right to peacefull protest! What you do NOT have the right to do is burn buildings, cars and run wild in the streets! They are all low life trouble makers and followers rioting. People are taking advantage of a bad situation to get away with this. ANYONE who burns, loots and fights is a criminal! Any they should be arrested and charged as such. If you are white or black and carry on like a criminal you should be treated as a criminal because there is NO ACCEPTABLE EXCUSE for rioting the way they are. All Americans have the right to PEACEFUL protest! This is certainly NOT peaceful protest! This must STOP!!!

What exactly are u asking for my opinion on? Bc I can’t tell.

My point is that people get pissed off at those protesting. Do you really think they care what they are protesting at that point?

"I just worked a 12 hour day but now I'm sat in traffic for 3 hours because there's a bunch of people stood in the middle of the road" at that point, doesn't matter what they are protesting about. I don't need to be brought attention that there is a racism, and black lives matter. "all lives matter" is a better saying, stop being specific, isn't that the problem in the first place. When a man is just a man and not a white man or a black man or a Muslim man. That's when the world becomes a better place.

Do you agree that jumping onto planes and flying drones and all the other stupid things people do is a good way to protest for climate change too?

Secondly though. What does it achieve? Apart from pissing people off. What actually comes from standing in a street saying black lives matter. Obviously they matter.. What's your point. Saying it out loud isn't going to do anything.

Also. Racism is a two way thing. White people get it too, let's not kid ourselves.

I'm also born Jewish, I know what discrimination is.

Please read these and tell me if u still share the same thoughts. I want you to realize that even tho u may not be consciously aware of racism or partake in it yourself. That doesn’t mean that it’s not happening. It’s “black lives matter “ because we make up about 13% of America’s population yet Of the people incarcerated we make up 50% and we are killed by police at a much higher percentage than white people. It’s black lives matter Bc our lives are the only ones in systematic and instituted danger.

secondly it’s your own internal problem if u as a person say I’m getting irritated by all the protesting for black lives to be taken into consider and black people to be treated equally. What do u think that says about you? I’m not implying I’m just asking. In the same way that people do a marathon for breast cancer. What r u gonna say “that was my favorite road or bench to sit by but now they closed it for the marathon I’m so pissed off Bc of that” like seriously how does that sound

You might be right, black people aren't the ones raiding the city, but I don't see them doing anything against that.
2016, Honk Kong protest, 1.5 million protester, 25k PO, no looting nor people hurt
2019, London protest, 1 million protester, zero looting,
2019, Prague protest, 300k protester, still no damage to property
2020, US riots, nation-wide,  at least one dead, hundreds injured, damage to public and private property is probably in the billions now

Please look at these tweets. And these are not the only ones with video evidence proof.

also Why do we (seem to) care more about things—buildings, businesses that can be replaced, and property—more than people’s lives? People care more about the loss of materials than life(which is one of the reasons we are protesting for )

Dr, Martin Luther King took on racism and marched in the streets without RIOTING, BURNING **** DOWN.. So you all can too. Peace out and good luck. All that nonsence makes you look really bad and dosn't help your cause at all.

Umm can u directly address what I said instead of trying to make ur points and arguments about things that i didn’t even mention ? Lol

but to address this right here. Yes he did march peacefully, and he made Some progress . And then they killed him. And America is still racist soooo? What’s ur point with bringing up Martin Luther King ? A little bit of progress for a problem like this is not enough it needs be solved in its entirety. Also before u come at black people for violent protest look up the Boston tea party and it’s historical significance. We have been peacefully protesting for YEARS and nothing has changed. Colin Kapernick for example

Yeah so okay burn down the entire country then. Just because I said sue to cops... I'm ignorant LOL

I was actually agreeing with you...but I'm IGNORANT and racist for agreeing.. okay.  That's why white people don't like people like you... LOOK at HOW YOU ACT., That is why.

And this is why your ignorant lol. your taking things out of context and arguing things that were never argued in the first place. I can see you take offense to the word ignorant when all it means is a lack of education about a particular subject. Your statement of “just sue cops” shows that u lack the understanding that it’s not that easy for us to just do that there is so many obstacles and things in place that don’t allow us those sorts of advantages in American criminal justice system. That is why u are ignorant. I never said u were racist so idk where that came from lol.  And no where in your post did u make any notion of agreement to my post or argument. Lastly, did u not read my post about the riots and how it’s not black protestors doing all the burning vandalism . Bc u should

so now explain to me if I’m wrong. About my point and what I’m saying

I brought it up last night but I deleted it myself because a certain somebody wanted to attack me and say I was starting ****.... MFer doesn't even know me either.

But anyways, as a victim of police brutality myself, I didn't go out and riot and burn **** to the ground. That **** doesn't solve anything. You know how I dealt with it? I SUED THEIR ASSES TO THE GROUND and I got a million dollar settlement (less, after attorneys fees and whatnot) but anyways that's how you deal with S***ty ass scumbag cops. Sue their asses. THAT's how you make them accountable.

And don't tell me "But that costs money and people are poor" or whatever bullS***. I was poor when that **** happened... Most attorneys here will work Probona (Meaning they only get paid only if they win your case, and no money down is required usually and they just take a cut of your winnings)

Also, I don't understand burning buildings, breaking out windows, setting dumpsters on fire, etc etc etc...the buildings didn't do anything. Take your anger out at the source. I'm not on th cops side and I am not on the rioters side. What the cop did was fucked up by the way. But yeah anyways, I've said my peace.

You also sound ignorant, sir you are white. This is the whole underlying factor and basis for all of this happening. If u don’t realize or want to admit that America is inherently racist and it’s racism is institutionalized and engrained in its systems (medical, socioeconomic, and criminal justice) it is not the same treatment in these areas. As if we haven’t tried. Breonna Taylor was killed in her own home Bc the police made a mistake what house they were going into. And there’s been no Justice for her in that manner either. The system is stacked against black ppl. So saying to just sue shows that u lack understanding of the grand scheme of what has been going on.
Also ur still alive George Floyd is not.

I'm pretty sure everyone is aware of it, here in Europe we watching it like the US is on the edge of civil war. I get why the black community is deeply offended, the PO should go down for Involuntary manslaughter (if I understand american law properly). But the riots are just pathetic. Setting buildings on fire, looting stores, attacking people without them actually being involved is also unacceptable and they should be sent to prison for that. Many POs should be punished, run over a protester with a horse? Using pepper spray on the media? Yes they all should go down. I follow a guy who's a PO in Alaska, and he said that he despise POs that think they can get away with more just because of the uniform. Both sides should be punished, and a whole nation should be reformed but knowing the history of the US and the current political situation, not sure much will happen. It's no longer to good Obama administration days, but the butt hurt "he started it" child administration days. Let's hope something good comes out of this one.

First of all let’s understand something and get things straight. Because you are clearly misinformed and miseducated about everything. And I don’t blame you Bc there is corruption in the media as they show only what they want and not the reality.
the first store to get looted was the target in Minneapolis. This occurred after A PEACEFUL PROTEST (as we have a constitutional right to do) was turned into a violent one as cops arrived and began harassing and using tear gas and rubber bullets on the peaceful protesters protesting a freaking murder. And the target not only funds the Minnesota police department but they also denied service to those protesters who were trying to buy milk for their eyes. That’s why target was “looted”

secondly understand that has been multiple evidence and video proof of many of the fires and broken property damage being instigated either by undercover cops acting as protesters or NON-BLACK protestors that are trying to get a kick out of the situation and don’t understand the severity of what their doing. I’m not saying every single riot and fire has started in this way but I will say an overwhelming amount has. In other words it’s not entirely attributable to the black people.
Also who is attacking people not involved? Where r u getting that from?

  8. One more thing, for those that aren’t aware of the situation. What’s happening is truly severe and is a VERY BIG DEAL! This isn’t just another protesting movement that will die out in a month. Riots, protest, burning buildings, destroyed businesses, cops and civilians getting beat up. This is happening all across the nation and other protest even outside of America for our cause. The black community has had ENOUGH !

  9. Since no else has brought this up.... if you live in America I am sure that you are aware of the protests that been going on. In response to the murder of George Floyd, a black man who’s death was untimely and unfair. Police brutality towards black people has reached its limits and now is the time to fight the racism that infects this country. This is not a new concept it has been a reoccurring problem and police brutality is NOT the only part of the equation. As racism in America is engraved and institutionalized in its systems and it’s going to take everyone to take it out ! #saytheirnames #blacklivesmatter

I’m posting a few things to both educate you all on the situation and offer ways that you can help support the movement.

    • here is a video showcasing his murder and how it came to be. You can watch for yourself and see the horror that is done.

    • this website showcases the black lives matter chapters across the country of which you can donate to help the cause

    • this is a link to where you can sign a petition for justice in the murder of George Floyd

    • this is just another website with more and other links to petitions numbers and information you can get on the situation and finding ways to help

I really suggest that you all take time to think about this and understand that this about all of us as it effects all of us not just blacks people. Educate yourself pls, be aware, and take action when needed and In the face of injustice.
