  1. Yeah, that is a tough situation to be in. I would try to emphasize that you will make sure not to get another violation and ask them to not talk to the school since you are already embarrassed about it and just want it to be over. If you don't want to lie about sagging, then you can tell them that one of your close friends started sagging and you were curious/wanted to see what it was all about, but quickly realized it wasn't for you (if you don't want them to know you sag).   2. If your parents have to sign the dress code violation, you can simply tell them that you forgot a belt that day and that you didn't mean for your pants to sag. I have been embarrassed a few times by sagging before (mostly in my head) and it has discouraged me but I tell myself that I'm not going to let other people be the reason I stop wearing my pants the way I like. Since that teacher seems to be strict on the dress code, maybe pull them up and be extra careful in that class so that you don't get another violation. Otherwise, your friends seem cool with it, so I don't see why you should stop
