For me, I never had to come out to my parents. When I was younger, a friend told me that I was gay, although I never knew what that meant. But later on my parents were told and they never believed it. But they also never asked me if I was, mainly because if it wasn't church or school, I didn't go anywhere. But after three more parents told them, they asked me, during the time I was crying over my best friend going to jail, I told them I was. Thwy asked me why I never told them, I said because I never felt that it was any of their business. Because I am me, you are you. If you have to tell other's something in hope of approval, I think of that being part of someone else's will instead of your own.

My friends told me that I was gay because they knew I knew nothing about anything that want taught in school or church, and their parents told mine twice. They didn't accept the fact until my best friend, who i'm in love with, went to jail on my 16 birthday for something and told his parents that we did some "stuff" they asked me and I told them I wasn't going to argue against him due to the day I loved him. I refused to say anything to anyone for about 2 months and refused to go anywhere or be anywhere that reminded me of him. Until I urged a move when we got a chance. But my parents still don't like the fact (even though they have 5 other kids and three grandkids)
