It's not free will if you're pleading guilty while handcuffed and locked in chains. It's just not.

It happens everywhere actually and it's wrong. The point is they ACCUSE you of some crime whatever it may be. They lock u in heavy maniacles which hurt af and they make you sit in them for a while, drag you into court like that and then wait there for some judge.

The prosecutor comes in and says ,"you want all that stuff off? Just plead guilty and we will take off the handcuffs..." Its basically a form.of intimidation. It's psychological and they know it. You just want all that **** off so you plead guilty.... Before being properly found guilty by our peers.

No, I am being completely serious. The one I was at, they only let you shower only once a week, and that's in shackles too. I still haven't gotten over the sight and smell of the ******* (and I do NOT use this term loosely! If I offend you, I'm sorry but that's what they are) throwing and smearing their own **** on the walls either.

I don't think he was "causing problems" lol He was just at the bad place at the bad time... The charges got dropped, but it's up the commander boss dude in the Army now. And the Army people never talk about stuff.
