  1. Hey Guys,

Today we have launched a new site feature called, 'Clubs'. You will see the new button located on the header to access the Club section.
Clubs has been designed to allow you to create your own social groups within the main site itself, basically functioning as micro-sites or micro-communities.
Ie if you would like to create your own section of the site for chatting with people that have the same interest as you, with only selected members, that noone else can be part of, you can do this.

Within a Club that is created, you can create your own Forum and Subsequent Topics, Club Leaders can opt to include an Exclusive Image Gallery and also a Calendar section should they wish.
The types of Clubs that can be created:

Public - Everyone can see the club and its posts, and can participate without joining.
Open - Everyone can see the club and its posts, but only members can participate. Everyone can join.
Closed - Everyone can see the club and who is in it, but only members can see posts and participate. Users need to ask a Club Leader to join. (Recommended Club)
Private - Only members can find the club and see its posts. Users need to be incited by a Club Leader to join.

Once the club has been created, you will be able to incorporate unique imagery to help your club stand out, each Club includes its own Activity Stream with all the latest Club Updates
The club will be fully Self-managed by the Club Leader, with the leader being able to select other members to be a moderator of the club.

As always, with a launch if you see any issues please let me know, or if you need any help, again feel free to reach out to me.
Some step by step instructions are below for you for the main parts:

I really hope that you guys like the additional feature.

    HOW TO CREATE A CLUB:

It is pretty simple to create a Club, start by pressing the Club Icon, then press 'Start a Club'

This will then load the creation page:

    Screenshot 2025-07-27 145055.png

Here the creator of the Club, who is known as the Club Leader will fill in the required details, choosing to create the clubs own rules if they want, along with selecting a Club Icon etc.
The club will need to be approved by the Administrators of the site.

Once the Club is available, you will be able to press the 'Manage Club' button where you can then add Club features, which are Topics, Images (IE a Gallery within the Club) and a Calendar option.

    HOW TO CREATE A TOPIC:
Lets create a Topic now, press the Topic button within the Manage Club and Add Club Feature section and then fill in the details and then press Save:

    Screenshot 2025-07-27 145929.png

This will then have created your first Topic Page where users can then press the Start new topic.
This then allows you to start to create forum posts within the Club environment for only Club Users to potentially have access too (depending on the setting you chose above) and will look like the other forum posts on the main site:

Once this has been created, you can then press the Add Images button to start using the gallery within the Club.
You will have the option of creating an Album or posting directly to the Club Gallery.

Here you can see an Album has been created and also one image uploaded directly to the Club itself:

Once done so, your Calendar will then appear and you can select a date and add a specific event to that date should you wish, following the onscreen instructions and by pressing Create Event.

    YOUR CLUB IS NOW CREATED:
Once this is done, you will then see on the main Overview page of the Club, the headings at the top along with the Activity Thread starting to show what is new to the Club itself:

    Screenshot 2025-07-27 152236.png

Members will then be able to start to request to join your Club and you can also invite members also, as the Club Leader you will be able to select specific members to be Moderators of the Club to help you out if you need, you can do this from the Members section, pressing the cog next to the member and selecting, Make Moderator:

  2. Update -
Following the update last week, I can confirm that I have now also managed to resolve the issue with the header not showing correctly on the "Dark" version of the site. This should now be showing correctly to all users rather than just being blank.
Additional smaller other back end items have been resolved. The Gallery Comments box as mentioned above, has temporarily been turned off whilst I try to improve the layout of the gallery.
Work has been going on behind the scenes for a new section of the site, called Clubs to be added. Contact Us has now been fixed and is working. Favicon issue has been resolved and fixed.
Additionally the ability for users to request account deletion from their profile has been fixed and will be updated on how this process works soon, even if we do not want to see you go :)
A few minor 'Theme' issues are still outstanding, these are being looked into also, including the "Followers" error previously mentioned.

Additionally a new logo has now also been added to the site of which should be showing to all users.
Please, as always if you do spot anything, please let me know :)

  3. @Denimsag I can see how you missed it there, everyone gets a different view of the header depending on screen size/aspect etc. So I do understand how you missed it, but be assured, one is there and will be again next time it is updated.

As for the gallery, I agree and I do not like that layout at present either. I have for now, turned off the comments box showing at the top of the page like that as it is stupid. I will keep looking into trying to change the gallery itself and to improve the layout of it.

Pleased to hear the badge issue has been resolved.

  4. Update -

The rebuild has now been completed and has worked as I was hoping that it would without any issues.
Therefore the badge issue has now been solved and all are showing as correct.

I have had reports that a couple of people have got an "Error - 200" when attaching images to either Private Message or in the Gallery.
If you have got this error, or any other errors come up, can you please let us know by putting it in here so we can look to see where the fault is laying in the server.

Other than that, everything else, at present seems to be working as it should.
There are still some minor things I will be looking at in the background and maybe a few smaller changes to come still, but for now the site is ok haha.

  5. Update:

We are currently doing a full rebuild for all points and badges earned for all members.
As this rebuild process inspects all community backend data (965,016 items to be precise), it will be run in the background and may take several days to complete.
While this rebuild is being processed, badges, ranks and points will not be shown within the community and on your profiles.

Once this is completed, it should then fix the issues of incorrect badges being show etc (in theory anyway 🤞)
Also please be advised, whilst this is taking place, the site may run a little slower than normal for a period.

I can see what you are trying to do but the badges are confusing (I have the 500 Posts badge but not the Rookie badge?) Not one double sagger in the new banner pic and the gallery is definitely not an improvement.

    Hey

The badges were introduced as part of the software with the new upgrade, this is something that we have not looked into yet and not changed anything with. They are just set as the software created, it seems as though once the update was done everyone reverted to basically zero on them but not with everything else, ie posts. So will be looking into this.

As for the banner? There is a double sagger on it, blue jeans, white basket ball shorts and blue boxers. 7th sagger from the right.

As for the gallery, you state is "definitely not an improvement".
Can you clarify abit so I can look into it? IE is it the featured photo section on the front? The main pages or which?
If you can provide more information then I can look into it, baring in mind the update has only just been done.

Same as for anyone, if anyone has feedback then I will listen to it and look to make any changes if needed.

  7. Hey guys,

A large backend site upgrade was completed yesterday, 5th July 2025, there maybe some areas that still need a little revision or fixing.
Therefore, if you do spot anything not working correctly, please do let us know.

Hopefully all the main areas of the site are now back up and running and available for you all to use.
Thanks for your patience whilst the site was down for the upgrade.

We do use ass but arse is probably more common. It can be used positively - nice arse. And negatively - that guy's a complete arse. You can also be arsing about - which usually means wasting time not achieving much.

Couldn't have answered that any better! That really covers it haha

  11. Yeah thank you for reporting that!
It was part of Googles new AI system that clearly thinks Ads should be all over the site! Oh hell no to that haha!

There are ads on the site, its really the only way to keep the site running.
I get why people have ad blockers etc, but when we have them on here I try not to have them imposing and all over the place if that makes sense.
Hopefully all good for everyone now and sorry about the original bit with them appearing everywhere!

  12. Also, just to follow on, seems as though Google had a setting applied which allowed them to puts ads anywhere including pop up ones, that should not have been the case.
This is now switched off, it can take a few hours to apply but hopefully it starts taking effect.

If you could let me know going forward if still getting all over that would be good.

As for the contents, unfortunately we have nothing to do with that.
