Totally. For example, I had a bloody good clearout in the house today ditching so much crap. It felt AMAZING! I enjoy getting stuck into something with the proper hands on approach. This afternoon I went for my usual Saturday run. Mind cleared. 

All I can say is, we're all strong individuals & when times get hard we have to push on. If you don't make the change it never leaves.

I do agree on this one.

Within the last few days, my dreams have changed dramatically, as my level of stress went down. For tonights dreams: Read some slides about a mathematical proof before sleeping, bam, whole dream full of mathematical proofs.
