The 80s groups and artists were good as they were. To fit in with current trends they would all have to sing on the same record. Any recent NOW album is full of tracks by artists like 'Sid Down and Stan Dupp featuring DJ Turnip and Nutty Barnpot' (seems modern artists aren't talented enough to make songs on their own). They would also have to sing out of tune so that their songs could be Autotuned to death.
