Went Christmas shopping to a different town on Saturday and saw more lads doing this. First two guys about 15, one in black skinny jeans with grey jeans shorts over, his mate in fawn jeans with black jeans shorts over. Later a younger guy about 13 with a woman (probably his mum) in blue jeans with lighter blue jeans shorts over.

Is someone doing this in a video game or a music video?
