Lee, it's true, loads of things suck, including me so im sending you a massive cyber hug to show you that I care (watch out for my wandering hands though yeah)!!

I suffer from chronic depression have done for years. It's easily controllable (my case) but immense stress brings on the symptoms and i "give up" basically. I go into meltdown or burnout mode for a while. Things have been too much lately and well.....
