Configuring the settings on our tv and i can't get rid of the flickering. I removed the splitter box and it's worse. Done the settings and all any ideas?

Winds have started picking up again here. Heavy rain and gusts are expected overnight leading to further disruption into tomorrow. My neighbour has been back to assess the damage from the previous storm. Me dad says it'll cost him £10 - £20 to replace fallen fence panels. I also feel sorry for those 1000's who are still without power leading to a disheartening Christmas. In Suffolk, many homes were hit real bad and are still waiting to be connected.
