I don't know anyone who does that. On a cold day when I'm outside I will wear trackies or sweatpants with jeans or like today, sweatpants under trackies.

Usually when lads are doing stuff for fun or for a dare they are looking around seeing who is noticing. There was none of this. They were just walking up the street chatting and went into McDonalds.

Last week I was in a different city visiting friends. Whilst in the city centre I noticed a group of three teen boys walking down one of the shopping streets. One was wearing jeans and sweatshirt. This year has not been very special weather wise, but I did mange to go swimming in my jeans a few times, including once with cargo trousers over the jeans.
