Yeah, I agree the long shirt can help keep the sag covered for shy people.  It might be a helpful step. 

Sags get attention--they can get guys looking at your butt and stuff.  It's kind of cool, but if you're not ready the long shirt and stuff can help.  You can also try elastic waistbands.  Then, you can pull up if you're getting a lot of attention without them sliding down after that.

Nothing against it. Believe me, it was quite something to watch. But the man was clearly embarrassed by the situation and was trying his hardest not to expose himself. He had on that "I'm tough but I am totally regretting my decision right now" face while he was holding his pants up around his crotch. I'm starting to think that his girlfriend put him up to it because she didn't seem to mind at all.

Yeah, it's a thing.  It's also a thing to try to sag with no underwear.  It can be quite an experience to see a guy's ass with his pants hanging off it like you said.

Yes, nice things, like sagging, don't need that kind of stigma nor accusations.  People should not snoop about other's people's sagging.  That is illegal and an issue of privacy.  I've had institutions, including in the realm of education, snoop about and make laws against my sagging.  I'm seeking the illegality of the subject!

Yes, students know about their teachers.  They know if their teachers are doing anything wrong--it's not a privacy issue.  There's nothing wrong with sagging, though.
