I've started doing this recently, otherwise just a pair of pajamas style shorts,

They'll be too small to get over my butt so when I go out in them they'll have to stay under butt and under bulge - there won't be any chance of pulling them up - makes me hard just thinking about it!!

Yeah I just open the belt, take the pants and bbs down and piss. Not an issue. pissing through your pants or underwear is weird to me. Probably because of an accident that happened when I was little, after pissing my dick was stuck in the zipper, and man this was horrible. Now I'd be sure to unbutton the pants completely every time (or not use the zipper at all, since I wear pants that are large enough for that).

On most designer boxer briefs they dont have 'holes' at the front so it's easier to take a piss.
