Got checked out today. GP diagnosed me with a bruise or fracture and prescribed me some codeine painkillers and apparently these have drowsy side effects. Finally a decent nights kip lol. Remind me in future, to switch the light on when running up the stairs and not to party too hard lmao

I'm a stupid idiot. Yep. I took ibuprofen yesterday which to my relief eased the pain for several hours at a time. I realised now, this evening, that the new stuff isn't having any effect whatsoever. It's also on my injured side laying in bed

Started seeing a cute guy last week but he seems to have a volatile side. We had a row and when i tried to patch things up he elbowed me straight in the gut. Earlier he got agitated when i spoken on the phone to a friend. Need your help

Exactly one week till xmas day!! This year i'm gonna be more confident about sagging around the folks. Usually i show the waistband and maybe an inch @ xmas but i would like to go lower around them. That's the issue with having relatives who live in the past and don't understand the concept.
