@tomass Nobody is "ignoring" it, if you mean the admins - the first and only forum post was raised 3 hours ago about this. But if people don't inform us with details of what is happening and on what platform (mobile - Android/iOS) or on the desktop version etc, then it is difficult for us to do anything.

@tomass I would also like to just follow on from what TheOther1 said! We rely mainly on members reporting issues to us. If noone reports it then we do not know there is a problem. Now if you are accusing the administration team on this site of not being bothered and "ignoring" issues then you really need to rethink that! Since the site upgrade we have improved performance and reduced the time dramatically whilst the members wait for items to be approved and for responses to problems. As said above we all have full time jobs and commitments outside of work. We do this voluntarily and we try to keep the experience as smooth as possible. Now when I did the site upgrade I made it very clear that the chat is still to be upgraded by the developers of the software and when they so that we will upgrade. Until then we are trying our best to keep a chat system running for you!
