It's very easy to get some abs. Within 3 or 4 weeks some 2-daily sit ups everyone has good abs. The problem is with a lot of people they stick under a fat belly. And that costs a lot of time and exersize to get rid of it. Sit ups only wont help.

What i practically do is put my jeans and shirt on the floor. Then i take about five boxers which i think they will match and put them one by one between jeans and shirt. Then i choose the best fit.

Another freezing experience yesterday. I was in a 5 minutes heavy hail storm. It hailed so hard that the pellets were in my loose fitting shoes. Even my boxers went wet. Hereafter I had to go home by train, all soaked.
