Sounds too complex but i get it. An organisation where saggers can meet would be fun and entertaining tho. It's normally a prank played out amongst friends. I don't think there's any appeal as such with giving/receiving them. Me and a friend gave each other wedgies once. Bastard ripped my Ben Sherman boxers right off. They were an old pair anway so it didn't take much for me to forgive him. If he ripped a pair of CKs however, i would have been rather peeved lol
