why do people make me feel unwelcome here

I had an uncomfortable meeting with my manager as he caught onto me in regards to SW. Brushed it off. The simple fact to take care. This a prime example why two worlds should not collide! 

I need to develop an apathetic attitude and detach myself. Must start looking after number one because this toxic & I am not interested in any of that.
