I think hats are kinda sexy when you're sagging your pants. When i sag i generally wear various sorts of caps throughout the year. It's not often i go outside without one on cuz it seems incomplete! lol. Do you believe that hats are a good fashion statement for saggers? Me thinks so ;-D
