Nowadays, employers wait for their employees to screw up. So much pressure on the workforce, hence the reason for such a turnover in staff.

At the same time. I also understand & accept that there's pressure on the managers because they have their own bosses to comply with. Chain of command. 

Mistakes occur because people are simply burnt out from working too many hours. The shifts they acquire are unreasonable. The support structure is not in place. The pay sucks. You get shat on by the management. People walk out.

It's like the domino effect... When one tumbles, the rest follows.

Whereas indoors it could seem darker depending on the environment. Snapping pics during the daytime is amazing if the weather conditions are perfect. That's why I tend to choose a decent day to snap some pics outside.

Nighttime snapping is cool - especially when some random stranger catches you making an arse out of yourself haha (happened on occasion) this is the reason for doing it away from anyone who might recognise you.

I learned that lesson ages ago.
