I had some encouraging today from my consultant and i'm only a month into treatment. She thinks the tablets are starting to have an effect so has increased the tablets from two-five a day. We shared a little joke and i was like you're having a laff love i still look like hell. She goes we prolly should have taken a mug shot when i first saw you lmao!

Every morning this week it's been foggy. Grrrr lol

Homemade coffees are the bizz. All you do is add your teaspoon of coffee plus sugar or sweetener into your mug. Then heat up a pan measuring half a pint of milk, let it boil (standing over it so doesn't boil over) and simply pour straight into the mug giving it a decent stir. I like a good cuppa
