Sharapova is now favourite for the womens singles title. I like her and believe she can do it. Azarenka (no1) is the only player left who can challenge. I think Nadal can make the record books again by winning another. Djokovic is desperate to get his hands on the only grand slam that has eluded him. My money is on Nadal and Sharapova.

I don't follow the footie as much apart from major tournaments. I'm more of a tennis and cricket fan. Which countries are in the running? Btw, Serena losing to Razzano in the 1st round of the French OMFG. Until now she has NEVER lost in the first round of her 47 grand slam appearances! I soo wanted a Sharapova vs S Williams final lol. Venus didn't do much better either losing to Radwanska. In all fairness the wimbledon queen hasn't been feeling well.
