Hi all, I hope you enjoyed Easter!!

Question, I know @Lee249 and @TheOther1 did tell me that Discord is just chat, no video call is needed. So I’m assuming that Camera and microphone isn’t really required? If so, Discord is kinda like Private messaging like (Kik, Messenger, etc.)? Lee wanted me to try Discord, but since last summer, my parents were upset with what I’ve been doing in PC and my iPhone and loses some of their trust. I don’t want this situation happening again this year. So give me your honest thoughts and I may consider it in the near future when things settle down with COVID-19 and my parents situation. Thanks!

  Video and camera isn't required. So yes it's like a messenger..
  
  I use Discord for gaming as its how we communicate on a chat, but then we opt to use voice at times too.
