I think Naomi Osaka has done a terrific job raising awareness during the US Open. She has worn a mask before each round depicting names of black people who have been racially abused or murdered in the most recent tragedies on the US streets. She took a brave stance in her previous tournament boycotting an upcoming match (played on the same courts in NYC) political stunt or not. She has become a global ambassador for racial injustice. Good on you girl!
