Umm well im not sure what to say lol, if you click on you album then above all the photos it should say upload pictures, thats the way i do it. Shouldnt have to upload a file at all except to the uploader. If the picture you want is already in the uploader you just need to scroll thru the pictures that are on the screen and then drag that picture to the bottom Should do it then.

lol i am, and as it says in the announcement section on the homepage, saggertube is under maintenance and having a full overhaul, the same as this site had one not so long ago, we will bring it back as soon as it is ready. In the mean time we thank everyone for there patience.
