  1. One thing I don't understand yet and that is I only seem to be able to log in if I am on my own personal WiFi at home. It says it doesn't recognise what I am doing if I try to log in elsewhere. Any ideas?
  2. Thank you for your efforts with this, Flameboard.
  3. Well done on being brave enough to do it. I don't think I could do it although I can see the benefits.
  4. It's worse for me. Now over 40 and although I have been sagging for 20 years in recent years I have felt that I should pull em up. I give myself the occasional day off especially if away from home - where I too now have a responsible and semi-public job. But overall there is a rebel inside me desperate to do my own thing. One day he might take over.
  5. The most important part is diet. Eat like a caveman, rather than a supermarket shopper, and use fruit or honey to get sugars. Most people tend to do a bit of exercise and carry on with the same diet and then get down because they haven't seen a transformation. If you want change, things can't stay the same .... or you get the same result.
  6. Short grey tee, black trackies, pink bawbags. Got a visitor in 30 mins coming to look at a bike I am selling. I have decided not to pull up my trackies until he has gone. Who knows how low they will be by then? Lol.
  7. Not met anyone off this site but I think I may have just passed one at Plymouth station. Below ass in SW's favourite freeguns. Plymouth is definitely a good place to find saggers.
  8. As an impulse purchase, I have recently bought some tight and padded Addicted swimming trunks in a sky blue colour. I don't swim a lot but my bf thinks I will chicken out when it comes to wearing them in public. We will find out in about 3 weeks time when we go to a spa.
  9. Flameboard, I think it depends on the guy. If you have long thin legs, probably not a good idea. But shorter guys with nice bodies, I think some can get away with it. Have to be younger though. The older you get, the less chance you have of getting away with it.
  10. Yeah gotta agree. Its not respectful to others using public spaces to say "you must listen to my music". No one wants to hear it at that moment even if they like it. I feel like I have to move away from such people. Some people find it very intimidating and may not be as happy as you are when you are doing it.
  11. Where have you gone? Not spoken for ages mate. Are you ok?

  12. Back at hotel after sagging like this today in London.
  13. It is mainly about diet. Stick to water and green tea, eat plenty of fruit and veg, greek yoghurt, chicken, turkey, nuts, eggs and porridge. You have to lose fat before any abs will show themselves. Then it is all about getting into the gym regularly. I asked my local instructor to give me a training programme and he has helped me loads. But it takes time. You have to want to do it.
  14. I am unpredictable. There is no pattern at all.
  15. Everyone makes valid points but it is worth saying that there are a lot of couples out there who are living in happy monogamous relationships. I have been in one for 10 years and I know plenty of others who are doing the same. Two of my friends have just celebrated 40 years together. Generally we do not go to gay venues or hang out with gay people who are not long term friends. But we are in our thirties and have settled, though, busy lives. In my early 20s life was more like that described by studentsagger. It was fun while it lasted but as time passed I realised I wanted a soul mate. Now I f
  16. Love the wacky new designs. But are they just a bit too weird?
  17. I think it depends on why you have not much hair. If you are balding, then the old combover parting definitely will not make you look younger. You're better off keeping it short. If you simply have short hair, you have more options but you need to grow it a bit first. Either way, the best hairstyle is one that looks good on you and not necessarily one that looks good on someone else.
  18. Good stuff mate. Would love to join in with this creativity but oh my God it seems such an effort!
  19. Black skinny jeans, blue Hollister t-shirt and sly underwear. Half ass sag.
  20. I find Pull-Ins enormous for size. I'm a 32 inch waist and small easily fits me.
  21. As someone who failed to come out to anyone, they all just became aware over time, my advice would be this. My parents wished I had spoken to them openly about it. In retrospect, I wish I had too. My partner did come out to his parents and was helped enormously by his sister helping them to come to terms with it. I would get your siblings on board first and then go for it. You might have a frosty first conversation but if your siblngs show that they still love and support you, your parents will come round. I've made myself ill with worry in the past and now firmly believe that you should not c
  22. I saw a pair of undies, and jeans I should add, in the toilets at a railway station last weekend. I had no intention of picking them up as the owner had clearly had a rather bad accident and decided it would be better to change clothes and leave some poor cleaner to deal with the poo. Such scenes make me feel so much better about having to fork out 20p for a pee as it is quite clear the money is well spent.
