It's on & off with me (I don't admit it) work is a healthy distraction. Us blokes are ashamed or proud to admit weakness or speak out. We simply weren't built for it.
There's always support out there, especially from charities like Mind. You can go through your health provider. They can also offer useful info/contacts.
Speaking to a friend or relative really helps unburden everything. I think to some extent we all suffer from Mental Health Issues.
It's how we deal with it xx
