Glad to hear that your stress levels have eased off 👍 Totally. For example, I had a bloody good clearout in the house today ditching so much crap. It felt AMAZING! I enjoy getting stuck into something with the proper hands on approach. This afternoon I went for my usual Saturday run. Mind cleared. All I can say is, we're all strong individuals & when times get hard we have to push on. If you don't make the change it never leaves.

Takes me forever to get ready in the morning after the Saturday night shenanigans haha 12-3pm is considered lunch in the UK. Evening meal is dinner time or tea time like after 6pm. Same context applies to accents. I love learning about this stuff... Certain pronunciations, cultures, historical facts about other countries. Basically all things in general because it's fascinating.
