thats awesome ive been challenging myself lately to with the gyms being closed ive had to make due with what i have at home so instead of running on treadmill ive been running outside got up to 8.2 miles now ive been timing myself on this 4.2 mile course started at 38 minutes now ive gotten down to 32 want to get to 30 minutes flat by months end

Spoke to my manager today and she delivered the news i've been desperately waiting for... Returning to work is imminent!
