Full national lockdown, nothing no **** 😢 doesn't help with ongoing issues like trying to sort out work. When? It's depressing the hell out of me. 

If we are talking about the pandemic, thing does not look that bright in Norway either. We are going for a second lockdown, numbers of infections are rising, and businesses are going bankrupt. Norwgian people are having faith to the government, but I think personally think they are choosing the wrong strategy  

At least we now have a vaccine even if it will take several months for everyone to get it.

@Denimsag absolutely! Many more months of hardship, but atleast there is some hope as these vaccines are distributed worldwide.

I caught it two months ago.  I don't have a clue how or where as i was working at home, not going out much and had had 1 vaccine. The virus itself was unpleasant but relatively mild but I'm now suffering with Long Covid and its miserable and going on and on and on. Stay safe everyone.

The likelihood of getting sick is way less if you have both vaccinations, and if you do get it your symptoms are going to be much milder. 71% of the people here in BC catching it are unvaccinated, and the ones who are vaccinated and catch it have a much easier time.

It's on & off with me (I don't admit it) work is a healthy distraction. Us blokes are ashamed or proud to admit weakness or speak out. We simply weren't built for it.

There's always support out there, especially from charities like Mind. You can go through your health provider. They can also offer useful info/contacts. 

Speaking to a friend or relative really helps unburden everything. I think to some extent we all suffer from Mental Health Issues.

It's how we deal with it xx 

I have friends here and a few counselors I talk to if I need to working staying sober has helped a lot with some issues mines been more depression with the multiple physical issues I'm dealing with I have several Dr appts pending
